Lecturer in T Level Marketing
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking marketing professional to join Cadbury College and lead the development and delivery of our new T Level in Marketing, launching in September 2025. This is a unique opportunity to shape a cutting-edge qualification designed to reflect the latest industry standards, trends, and technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing a curriculum that equips students with the technical and practical skills needed to thrive in a modern marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver dynamic, industry-informed lessons that reflect your professional marketing expertise
• Equip students with practical, job-ready skills through real-world projects and case studies
• Play a key role in finalising the T Level in Marketing curriculum over summer 2025, ahead of its September launch
• Teach core modules including Principles of Marketing, Business Contexts, Project and Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Analytics
• Support the delivery of occupational specialisms such as Customer Relationship Management and Brand Awareness
• Inspire and mentor the next generation of marketing and business professionals
• Contribute to ongoing curriculum development, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
• Work collaboratively to support the broader success and growth of Cadbury College
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional with a degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Ideally, you will hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to obtain one. Experience delivering training or teaching in marketing, digital, or business settings is essential, along with strong expertise in current marketing tools and trends. You’ll have excellent organisational and digital communication skills, a proven ability to motivate and inspire learners, and confidence using ILT and digital resources.
