Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1.To prepare food for sale at the location they are based.
2.To ensure a safe and proficient method of work.
3.To monitor and report all shortages in stock levels set out in the divisions procedures
4.To maintain the hygiene, cleanliness and safety of all the catering areas including: kitchens,food stores, refrigerators, freezers, washing up areas and cleaning store.
5.To work in a clean, tidy and organised environment, following cleaning rotas and proceduresset out by manufacturers.
6. To ensure that appropriate Health and Safety and hygiene procedures are implemented and adhered to.
7. To ensure that till operation, cash handling procedures are carried out accurately.
8. Have flexibility to cover any areas that may benefit the team and customers.
9. This is a public facing unit so you need to be able to build relationships and support the needs of the business.
10. Provide first class customer service.
