Wellsway Multi Academy Trust is a partnership of schools which span the Bristol/Keynsham/ Bath area that are working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 4-19 education in the area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Head of Media and Photography to join our Creative & Media Curriculum Team. This an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to establish our new Media department based in the Academy’s recently installed state of the art TV studio. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of a new Level 2 BTEC Creative Media Production course, as well as existing courses in Photography at both GCSE and A level. We are looking to appoint someone who is highly organised, innovative and will be focused on delivering high quality teaching and accurate and effective assessment, leading to strong outcomes for our students. They will have a proven track record of successful teaching in this area, particularly at Key Stages 4 and 5, with a strong practical skillset in photography, filming and editing.
