HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT

Required from Term 2,

35.25 hours per week, term time only

Salary: GRADE 6 £20,327 - £22,035 actual salary

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with students who have special educational needs. Applicants should ideally have experience of supporting young people with varying needs at KS3 and KS4. You may also be expected to support students in P16.

You will work independently and with support from the SENDCo to provide in-class support, small group learning and to implement specific intervention programmes to individuals. You will be expected to lead within the department with a specific focus on interventions and Wave 2 support.
