An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Seagrave Village Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant. Our small but mighty school is dedicated to achieving excellence for every pupil, and our committed, highly motivated Learning Support Assistants are central to this mission. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, both in groups and one-to-one, helping to create a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You’ll work closely with teachers and colleagues, support pupils with diverse educational and social needs, and contribute to school activities like trips and enrichment sessions.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

• Have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach

• Have experience in working with children from a wide range of backgrounds, with a wide range of needs.

• Be flexible, calm, patient and confident with children from a wide range of backgrounds with a wide range of needs
