Located in the village of Upper Seagry, we are easily accessible to Chippenham, Malmesbury and surrounding areas.
At our school, we endeavour to create a framework of love, security, trust and respect. We aim to nurture our children to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding and to recognise success at each level of development.
We have an open door policy for parents so that we constantly communicate with them to ensure that their children are happy and getting the most from the opportunities we offer.
Our school is part of a three-school partnership with two other local schools: Christian Malford and Somerfords’ Walter Powell CofE Primary Schools.
Seagry CofE Primary School is part of the Church of England family of schools. We believe it is important to promote core Christian values by which to live and which to help to develop a moral and spiritual awareness.
Our Local Board and Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust are supportive and skilled and work closely to continue to grow our school. Our Friends of School provide vital help with fundraising and social events. Together we form a string team for our pupils through these important first years of their education.
A values led education, steeped in Christian understanding and ethos, providing opportunities to enjoy ‘Life in all its Fullness’. Our goal is to develop the wider child and ensure that they are prepared for the natural transitions in life, growing as people within the context of the National Curriculum and a moral understanding of the world they live in.
Benefits of working for the Blue Kite Trust Academy:
Come and join us working at our great school and be part of a friendly, helpful team.
We're always interested to hear from enthusiastic, committed individuals.
We believe our schools should be vibrant, friendly places where the children are at the heart of everything we do.
We believe in teaching skills, sharing knowledge and building special memories that children will take with them through the rest of their lives.
We believe that through inspirational teaching, determination, a lot of love and a lot of laughter, the children in our schools can achieve their greatest potential, regardless of their starting points in life.
We believe in teaching, modelling values and preparing them for life in the 21st Century and we believe that in doing so we will give them a solid foundation for their future.
