Are you a skilled and adaptable HLTA ready to make a difference across three small primary schools? The Vine Schools collective (Somerfords’, Seagry C of E, and Christian Malford) is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work flexibly across all settings, leading lessons, supporting diverse classes, and partnering with teachers to drive pupil progress.
This multifaceted role involves:
Classroom teaching: Deliver engaging whole‑class and small‑group sessions across KS1 and KS2 (Reception through Year 6)
Cover: Provide planned cover, ensuring continuity of learning for all classes
Team support: Assist teaching teams with assessment, differentiation, and behaviour management strategies
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds HLTA status (or equivalent experience and willingness to attain it)
- Has proven experience delivering high‑quality lessons in KS1 and KS2
- Is confident planning, assessing and adapting resources for diverse learners
- Builds positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Thrives on variety and collaboration across multiple sites
- Brings energy, flexibility and a proactive, “can‑do” spirit
