Job overview
You’ll be delivering core aspects of the Social Sciences curriculum, leading and implementing outstanding teaching practices to instil key knowledge within learners and using assessment and feedback to sustain and raise achievement.
The right candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
• Relevant specialist qualifications and experience (e.g BSc in Mathematics or related degree)
• Ability to deliver high-quality lessons covering a range of modules and concepts
• A good understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for this subject
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to ensure all learners progress and achieve to a high standard in preparation for examinations
