Salary: £ 15,278.84 Grade 4, pt 5 (pay award pending)
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break), 32.5 hours per week,
(38 weeks per year plus training days as and when required)
We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to support with the day-to-day operational aspects of our busy school office. The ideal candidate will be calm, flexible and create a welcoming atmosphere for our pupils, parents, visitors and staff. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the confident use of IT are daily essentials. The post will involve the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and think on your feet but you will have the support of a friendly and experienced team. A good sense of humour would be a bonus.
