Salary: NJC Pay Scale, Grade SO2, Points 26 to 28 (£38,934-£40,755 per annum)

Sherwood Park School is an all age (3-19) Foundation Special School for pupils with Severe/ Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and /or disabilities (SLD/PMLD), as well as pupils who are on the Autistic spectrum (ASD) with complex needs. The school is unique with two existing Campuses - Sherwood Park and Sherwood Hill to meet the highly individualised needs of each of the learners. We are excited to be opening a third campus in September 2025; The Manor Campus. This campus is designed to meet the needs of primarily autistic learners as well as some with moderate learning difficulties, many of whom have additional differences and complexities.

We are looking for a Centre Coordinator & Office Manager who is responsible for overseeing and optimising the daily functions of the one of the school’s campuses, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the day to day logistics, resource allocation, admin (including HR and finance admin) and communication.
The main purpose of the role is to:
● Manage resources, improve processes, and support and enable the Heads of School to achieve the school’s operational goals. The Centre Coordinator / Office Manager will be the key person to liaise and support communication flow between the whole school central services and the individual campus’s support team.
