Understanding the interaction between the Earth’s physical and human processes is vital to the sustainable development of the world we live in. We are looking to appoint a dynamic Humanities teacher who is innovative and engaging to deliver a high-quality education that inspires a curiosity about the world and its people. The successful candidate will share our values, and be passionate about their subject with experience of teaching Humanities up to at least Key Stage 4.
The post holder will have the ability to demonstrate an enthusiasm for innovation in curriculum and assessment, ensuring that students make progress through quality first teaching.
We are looking for a teacher who has:

● Experience of excellent and inspirational teaching from Key Stage 3 up to Key Stage 5
● Commitment to their professional development and a culture of open professional dialogue

The post holder will demonstrate their commitment to their subject and how they can support the trust in fostering collaboration and staff subject development. They will play a key role in ensuring that the
continual improvement of the quality of student's learning is at the top of the business agenda and will be responsible for developing the department to ensure its long-term success and sustainability.
