We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Associate Teacher to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.
Job overview
You will be providing cover supervision and in-class support to other learning activities. Assisting with lunchtime supervision and after school and break duties as part of the rota. Offering after school enrichment activities and assisting with the House tutorial programme as a co-tutor.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience of working with students in an educational or service environment
- At least 5 GCSE's, Post 16+ higher qualifications
- Solid communication skills and the ability to successfully manage classroom behaviour and focus
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.
