You will be employed by the trust which consists of five schools led by Sidney Stringer Academy. The schools are Radford Primary Academy, Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School), Sidney Stringer Primary School and Sidney Stringer Academy.
Under the supervision of the Examinations Officer and Assistant Headteacher responsible for examinations, Invigilators are responsible for the correct running of internal and external examinations in the Exam Venues.
Job requirements
- Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills
- A strong focus on observing candidates and meticulously checking procedures, scripts, and registers to prevent malpractice
- The capacity to work effectively with other invigilators and staff to manage the exam process smoothly
- The ability to remain composed and act decisively in unexpected situations or emergencies within the exam room
- A clear understanding of and commitment to the protection and welfare of children and young people
- Good organisational abilities to manage exam room preparation and the collection of materials.
