Job overview
To contribute to the provision of a welcoming and efficient reception service, operating the switchboard and undertaking general clerical duties.
Job requirements
- NVQ or equivalent in Customer Care or Business and Administration or a willingness to undertake relevant training
- Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
- A high level of verbal and written communication standards
- Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
