Job requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status/ Degree or subject knowledge relevant to teaching specialism
- Deep knowledge and understanding of curriculum theory and cognitive science in education
- Proven experience of significantly raising academic standards
- Experience of rigorous quality assurance in an educational setting
- High challenge and high support leadership of others
- Delivery of consistently exceptional teaching
