At Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust, we are currently seeking to appoint Casual Cleaners. 

Job overview

To take responsibility for ensuring our school is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. You will carry out basic cleaning duties, operate cleaning equipment, undertake training activities, covering for colleagues during absences. 

Job requirements

• Knowledge of basic Health & Safety in a Building Cleaning environment.
• Ability to clean to an acceptable standard.
• Experience in a cleaning or similar role would be desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
• Ability to work flexibly, and be prepared to cover for sickness as directed.
• Ability to communicate with students, staff and line manager.
