Can you bring variety, energy and flexibility to a role that reaches across the secondary phase of our school?
Silverwood School is an inspirational and forward-thinking special school based in the heart of Wiltshire. We support pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

• The opportunity to work across a wide age range of secondary-aged pupils with varied needs
• Exposure to a broad curriculum—including academic, vocational and life skills-based subjects
• An inclusive and supportive team environment where collaboration is highly valued
• Access to expansive outdoor learning areas and school animals
• A comprehensive induction and CPD package tailored to the unique demands of SEN teaching
• Fast-track opportunities into middle leadership for those seeking progression
• A school culture that values empathy, professionalism and work/life balance
“Silverwood has a real sense of community and we are forever evolving and changing as a school. It’s a really exciting and inspirational place to work with fantastic people in every department and level in the school.”
