SALARY
Teacher pay rates are MPS/UPS, plus an additional SEND allowance, with the level determined by experience.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for primary-aged pupils with complex autism and severe learning difficulties. This class follows a semi-formal curriculum that integrates social communication and emotional regulation strategies, supported by a skilled team of Teaching Assistants.
An excellent understanding of child development is essential, along with experience in teaching pupils with SEND, particularly those with ASC. We are looking for someone who is both eager to learn and able to work collaboratively with your classroom team and the wider Silverwood School community

This role is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Trowbridge campus.
