Our team is growing, and we’re looking for caring, proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join us full-time at our Trowbridge Campus, working with our youngest pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

What you’ll do:

• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, including during Forest School and hydrotherapy sessions

• Help create engaging, sensory-rich environments for learning and play

• Promote social and emotional development through kindness and consistency

• Work closely with teachers, therapists and specialist staff

• Make a visible difference to the lives of young people—and enjoy plenty of smiles along the way

What you’ll need:

• A calm, patient, and positive approach

• Passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Experience working with children or SEND is preferred, but not essential—we’ll support you every step of the way
