Engagement Officer
Salary: £23,484 – 25,927 (pro-rata). Grade 6
Contract: Term time only, plus 5 additional training days, plus 10 additional days (205 days)
Temporary for 1 year with a view to becoming permanent
Start date: ASAP
The role:
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & friendly Engagement Officer to join our Attendance Team at Sirius Academy West. In this role, you will be working with groups of learners, engaging them onto a variety of our support programmes with a particular focus on attendance.
The successful candidate will undertake home visits with students to provide support and guidance, therefore a driving licence is essential. You will undertake casework with families to address behaviour & attendance issues to assess needs that will determine appropriate action plans and interventions.
