Slough and Eton is looking for a great teacher to join our English department in September. We have an excellent team comprising of a great mix of experienced and recently qualified or training staff. English is a successful subject at Key Stage 4 and 5 and we are pleased to be able to recruit to this key team.
The department is in a dedicated English area and benefits from access to the latest Clevertouch interactive technology. The new member of this team needs to be a qualified English teacher with a love of English and reading. If that’s you then you will need to be hardworking, dedicated to ensuring students of all abilities can succeed and, crucially, a great classroom teacher. This position is suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT and will teach KS3, KS4 and KS5.
This vacancy would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher.
For ECTs interested in applying we are delivering the Early Career Framework in partnership with the Ambition Institute as their coaching model complements the established coaching practices we have in school for all teaching staff.
