Full Time MPS/UPS + TLR 2b and weekly leadership release time
Start Date: September’26

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of KS1 Phase Leader and Year Group Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious practitioner who is ready to take the next step in leadership and play a key role in shaping provision and outcomes across Key Stage 1.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and coordinate the work of the KS1 Team
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the phase
• Monitor pupil progress and support staff to secure strong outcomes for all children
• Contribute to whole-school self-evaluation and improvement planning
• Model outstanding classroom practice

The role includes a teaching commitment within KS1 and close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
