Our Lunchtime Supervisors are key members of our staff team, vital to the smooth running of the school, and ultimately contributing significantly to the high achievement of our students. We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our large and cohesive team in this outstanding school.
Relationships between everyone are very positive at Soar Valley; the lunchtime supervisor team get on well with each other and all other staff and students, and are seen as vital members of staff in our school. They work hard to make sure our students are cared for and supported over the lunchtime periods. If you are good with people, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are looking for just a few hours work each day then we would love to hear from you.
Soar Valley College is an 11-16 school committed to high standards. We have a strong positive reputation for raising achievement and developing excellence in our staff and students. Ofsted rated Soar Valley as an outstanding school in all areas of our work in March 2025, saying “There is a very strong sense of community at the school, where pupils and staff genuinely care for one another” and “The school is unfailingly ambitious for the achievement of pupils.” We are rightly proud of our strong record of high academic achievement, and also our unique ethos, which inspires success for all, and makes this a great school at which to work. If you would be interested in joining our team and contributing to this, we look forward to hearing from you!
