We are looking for outstanding and inspirational Teaching Assistants to work at Soundwell Academy. Soundwell Academy is a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)/ Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SCLN)

Working Hours:
Monday: 8:30 – 3:00
Tuesday: 8:30 – 3:00
Wednesday: 8:30 – 4:30
Thursday: 8:30 – 3:00
Friday: 8:30 – 2:40

For this post, you will need:
• to be willing to work with disaffected young people;
• to be able to motivate and engage young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties or Speech, Language and Communication needs;
• to be willing to support pupils managing their behaviour and promote positive behaviour;
• excellent communication and organisational skills;
• to be able to rise to the challenge with a smile.
