Your opportunity
As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent within your region, to help GLF Schools fulfil its mission of positively impacting young people's lives. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through to the onboarding and induction, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers and driving forward not only our employer brand but also celebrating the individuality of the schools in your region.
We are looking for Recruitment Partners to join our growing team located in the following regions:
- Banbury, Dicot and Wokingham
- Camberley, Sunbury, Epsom, Banstead and Wandsworth
- Caterham, Redhill, Crawley and Horsham
This is a full-time all year position, which requires visits to schools within your appointed region. We have satellite offices at de Stafford (Caterham) and Southgate Primary School (Crawley), Aureus Secondary School (Didcot), Pine Ridge Infant School (Camberley) as well as our Head Office at The Beacon School (Banstead) from which you can work on a regular basis.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A passion for end-to-end recruitment, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout
- The ability to identify and address difficult recruitment scenarios
- Proven experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal team members and external partners or clients.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in an educational setting would be beneficial.

The Details
Salary: Senior Specialist £33, 436. Please note the remuneration is inclusive of travels costs.
Hours of work: This is a full-time, full-year position
