Carer – to start as soon as possible

Salary: Enable 13 (£4,233 per annum)

Hours: 10 per week, 9.30am – 3pm, Thursday and Friday

We are looking to appoint a part-time 2 day a week permanent Care Assistant starting asap.

The successful candidates will work under the general supervision of the Class Teacher and Physical Needs Leader, to attend to the personal and hygiene care needs of pupils.

We are looking for people who have:

•A love of working with children

•Understanding of the needs of pupils with Severe, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Autism

•Ability to work flexibly

•A team player

•Experience of working with children of different ages


•A good communicator

•Understanding of safeguarding children

•Ability to follow instructions and work under own initiative

•Sense of humour
