The Castle School Education Trust is looking for a professional candidate who has experience with managing data. Castle School is looking for a Data Officer to be responsible for the monitoring, collating of school data, ensuring it is accurate and adequately meets the reporting requirements. This is a fixed term contract starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year but could become permanent for the right candidate.
We can be flexible with working hours (up to 35 per week) and patterns with the ability to be able to work from home when appropriate. FTE Salary is £22,183 and this will be prorated accordingly dependent on the hours you work. We are commutable from South Wales, Bristol and Stroud and have free onsite parking and there are excellent transport links to the school.

You will ideally have data management experience as well as being personable, with exceptional communication skills. Multi-tasking will be easy for you and you will have excellent organisational skills. It is essential that you have demonstrable ICT skills including Microsoft Excel skills and preferably have a degree of confidence when it comes to using basic formulas to manipulate data. Experience of using SIMS is highly desirable, however we will consider candidates without that have strong data management experience.
