Higher Level Teaching Assistant (with responsibility for Nurture Room and Pastoral Lead)
Start date: 25th April 2022
Hours: Part Time, 28 Hours and 45 minutes per week, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed at interview)
Salary: Hay 8 (£17,294 - £19,077 per annum)
This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave until April 2023 or the postholder's return if earlier.

We are looking to appoint an experienced HTLA with a passion for Inclusion to lead our small nurture provision in the mornings and lead pastoral interventions in the afternoons. You must be:
• Trauma informed
• Have good emotional literacy skills.
• Have a good knowledge of Zones of regulation and ASD needs
• Be confident to lead a provision alongside a TA.
• Be resilient and multi-sensory in your approach to learning.
• Be well-organised and committed.
• Experience of supporting children with pastoral needs.
• Knowledge of THRIVE and/or ELSA is desirable.
