We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly organised Administrator to join our committed support staff team.
Working under the direction of the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school by providing effective administrative, organisational, and clerical support. This varied role includes reception duties, reprographics, and general administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
As a School Administrator, you will:
Provide a professional, welcoming, and courteous reception service to pupils, parents, visitors, and staff.
Manage access to the school site after registration has closed, with a strong focus on safeguarding and site security.
Administer medication and provide first aid support to pupils when required.
Ensure all visitors and volunteers are appropriately checked and signed into the school.
Communicate information effectively to the school community using a range of communication systems.
Produce high-quality printed materials and documentation through the school's reprographics service, meeting agreed deadlines.
Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, data entry, filing, photocopying, and record management.
Support the wider administrative needs of the school as required.
