Horticulture Lecturer – RHS Courses 

This role is offered on an hourly paid basis 

Up to £36 per hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

We are seeking to recruit to our renowned team of horticulture staff 

The areas of teaching allocated will be dependent upon the successful applicant’s knowledge and competency, but the successful applicant should be competent to deliver some of the following areas Plant Identification, Plant Establishment, Plant Propagation, Plant Health, Plant Care, Plant Pruning, Garden Features and Grassed Areas

Applicants should have good all round horticultural and landscaping knowledge and must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience together with a Level 4 (or above) qualification. and preferably substantial industry experience and previous teaching experience.

The successful applicant will either hold, or be prepared to attain, a recognised teaching qualification and assessing qualifications for which full support will be given. Additionally the post holder will be required to have good IT skills alongside excellent communication skills

This post is to be based at our Sparsholt campus.
