Job Coach
Salary: Up to £29,163 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Working Pattern: Full-time (35 hours per week – term time including holiday weeks)
Location: Andover Campus

The primary focus of this role is to provide work related support to Foundation level learners participating in the Supported Internship Programme. You will provide support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them develop the skills to secure paid work at the end of their course. Working with employers to identify opportunities for students with learning difficulties and disabilities to undertake work experience/supported internship. Identifying appropriate students and preparing them for internships and supporting them in the work place to successfully complete their internship. Ensuring students are supported properly whilst they attend College. This post is based at the Andover Campus.
