£19,217 - £22,958 (dependent upon qualifications)
The post holder will undertake practical instruction and assessment of groups of Veterinary Nursing and HE Animal / Zoo Science students.
The post holder will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse and will deliver practicals to prepare our student veterinary nurses for their Day One Skills in the newly refurbished Veterinary Nursing Centre. Using the wide range of domestic companion animals and exotic species housed at the Animal Management Centre this role includes the delivery of animal handling practicals to student veterinary nurses and Animal / Zoo Science students on our degree programmes.
Candidates should be educated to at least Level 3 and have extensive experience working in practice, preferably as a Clinical Coach. The post holder will hold an appropriate teaching qualification or be willing to attain one.
The post holder may be required to work some weekends.
