Andover and Sparsholt
The college is dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring that students reach their full potential.
We are looking for people to join our Foundation Learning teams in both Sparsholt and Andover, working with students on our specialist courses for young people with SEND. The role entails supporting students, either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis, both in class and throughout the college day. Students will be accessing the college campus as well as the wider community. You will be assisting students with a wide variety of learning needs to realise their goals and full potential.
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work from 3 to 5 days a week, during term time (36 weeks per year) within our foundation learning department at our Sparsholt and Andover campuses.

A good standard of education including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent and willingness to undertake further training is essential.
