St Paul’s Girls’ school is seeking an Assistant Information Systems Manager. The Assistant Information Systems Manager oversees the day-to-day running of school data systems, deputises in the absence of the ISM, attends meetings as appropriate, and oversees systems training.

Overseeing critical aspects of the system such as electronic registration, reports, grading, exams, and parental portals.

This will involve troubleshooting and escalating problems to the Information Systems Manager and third parties as needed. Project management of future systems and their implementation, advising stakeholders on configuration.

The post holder will also support the IT Department and other stakeholders by providing and analysing data from school systems and working to leverage cloud-based reporting capabilities and automation opportunities where appropriate.

The post holder will work within the IT Department, both contributing to and supported by colleagues as an integral part of the technical team.
