St Paul's Girls' School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and team. Supporting over 300 employees, this pivotal role involves managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and safer employment practices, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
