The Board and the Local Governing Body are therefore looking for an inspirational and exceptional leader who:
•has a track record of success and proven leadership skills in Middle schools
•can develop, motivate and manage high performing teams
•is passionate about securing outstanding teaching and learning and high standards of achievement
•is driven to provide the best educational and enrichment opportunities for all our pupils
•can lead, inspire and motivate pupils, staff, Parents/Carers and Governors
•will embrace and promote the Church ethos of the school as part of The Spire Church of England Learning Trust
