The Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational subject specialist to join our Humanities Team as a Teacher of Geography.

Geography is a popular and highly successful subject at GCSE and A Level at St Katherine’s School.

The Humanities Faculty at St Katherine’s is a supportive and talented team, creative and dedicated to developing as professionals through sharing good practice with one another. We provide many enrichment opportunities to inspire, motivate and support learning.

About You

This post is suitable for either an experienced practitioner or a newly qualified ECT. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Geography across the key stages. Ability to teach A level and another humanities subject/Business Studies desirable. We look for professionals who have excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of work and behaviour. You will be passionate about Geography, ambitious for every child and highly inclusive.

Qualified Teacher Status and relevant subject degree essential.
