PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT
Salary: NJC Grade C SCP 2-4, FTE £18,198 - £18,933 (pro rata £6,263 - £6,517)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2022
Hours: 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term time only) Wednesday 12pm- 4pm, Thursday 12pm-4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Start date: ASAP after appointment
Vacancy details:
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen to join our busy Admin Team working in Reception with some general administration duties.
The successful candidate will manage the main School Reception and switchboard, ensuring high quality customer service and timely responses to enquiries from staff, students, visitors and outside agencies.
You will be joining St Laurence School and a dynamic Admin Team where good communication, excellent people skills, office administration experience and ICT skills (Excel and Word) are essential.
