PART TIME STUDENT RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2022

Salary: NJC SCP 6-8, pro-rata £6,645 - £6,818 (FTE £19,698 - £20,493)

Hours: 14.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only). 2 days per week (8am-4pm Thursday; 8am-3.30pm on a Friday), to include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Commencement date: ASAP after interview


Vacancy details:

An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Administration team as a Student Receptionist based in the House Team Base.

The purpose of the Student Receptionist/Admin Assistant is:-

• To be the first point of contact for student enquiries

• To liaise with the Main Office to ensure student enquiries/issues are dealt with promptly

• To support the administrative requirements of the House Team Base and Reception Team

You will be joining St Laurence School and a dynamic Admin Team where good communication, office administration experience and ICT skills (Excel and Word) are essential. A First Aid qualification or a willingness to gain one is required.
