Teacher of Art & Design

0.6 FTE  Permanent

We are seeking a talented colleague to join a highly effective team in our successful school close to the heritage city of Bath

The successful candidate must be able to teach Art & Design at Key Stage 3 and 4, including digital lessons and some photography. 

The ability to teach Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential.

The Art & Design department consists of part-time and full-time staff delivering Art, Photography and Graphics. All staff have a specialist background of either fine art or graphic design which make them a strong and knowledgeable team who regularly contribute new ideas to the curriculum. The team practise their own subject in their spare time, whether it be printmaking, digital art, fine art drawing and painting, textiles or digital photography. The Head of Department has responsibility for Art, Photography and Graphics.

The Art department also benefits from the support of a technician.
