 School Administrative Assistant

 

22.5 hours per week, Monday– Friday 8:00-12:30pm

Term Time Only – plus 2x Inset sessions

Pay scale: SCP 5-6 Actual salary £13,485 - £13,699

(FTE £25,583 - £25,989)

 

St Stephen’s Church School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant who has an enthusiasm for working in a thriving school environment, can put the needs of our children first and has excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for:

  • an efficient and effective School Administrative Assistant
  • someone with strong IT and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the office staff and all members of the school team and wider community. 
  • someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • the ability to work to deadlines despite frequent interruptions.
  • a team player.
