After School Club Supervisor
12 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 3pm-6pm
Term time only - Permanent
Pay scale: SCP 5-6 £23,500- £23,893 (FTE) p.a pro rata
Bathford Church School, part of the Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint an outstanding after school club supervisor to support our children who attend our wrap around care provision. We are looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic, inspiring and self-motivated professional person to join our friendly team and work alongside another after-school club colleague.
We are looking for someone with:
• Three GCSE’s (preferably including Maths and English)
• Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
• The ability to work as part of a group and individually
• Previous experience of working with children
• The ability to manage the behaviour of groups of children
• A good knowledge of a range of recreational and physical activities for children
• Good organisational skills
