CLASS TEACHER

Salary: M1 to M6
Due to the relocation of the current postholder, we are looking for an inspirational teacher to join our school community and play a role in our continued development. We are committed to developing a broad and creative curriculum that enables every learner to flourish and develop their potential, identifying the needs of every student and ensuring early intervention where appropriate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and reflective teacher for Key Stage 2.
You should have:
- High expectations of pupils and yourself.
- The ability to build strong relationships with children in order to support positive behaviour.
- An interest in being a middle leader in the school, with shared responsibility for a set of curriculum subjects.
- The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community.
- Experience of implementing good practice in assessment in Key Stage 2.
- A good understanding of how to identify and meet individual learning needs within the classroom context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
