The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher who shares our commitment to inspiring and empowering every child. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a love for learning, creating engaging lessons, and supporting children to develop confidence, creativity, and resilience. For the right candidate, there could be opportunities for leadership. Secondments will also be considered.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate a proven ability to inspire high-quality learning experiences in the classroom.

• Have experience leading a curriculum area or phase

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil thrives academically and socially.

• Exhibit patience, compassion, and a self-motivated approach to education.

• Support colleagues, including teachers and support staff, to maximise learning opportunities for all students.

• Play an integral role in the school’s ongoing journey of improvement and innovation.

• Place safeguarding at the heart of their responsibilities, ensuring the well-being and safety of every child.
