Demonstrates flexibility, resilience and creativity in responding to the day‑to‑day needs of young children.
Has the confidence and skills to lead a small team within the Early Years, modelling excellent practice and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and understood.
We can offer:
A caring, inclusive school community with a strong moral purpose.
Supportive leadership with a clear commitment to professional development.
The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for children at the very start of their learning journey.
Enthusiastic children who are eager to learn and proud of their school.
