Class Teacher
Full Time / Part Time - Permanent
Pay: Main Scale M2 (£34,823) to Upper Pay Scale UPS3 (£51,048)
If you are dedicated to developing stimulating learning experiences for young minds and delivering an engaging curriculum, we want to hear from you! The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a full-time permanent Class Teacher at our small school to start on the 1st September 2026.
We are looking for:
• A teacher who shows excellent classroom practice. Instinctively ensuring children are at the centre in all they do and helping them become the best version of themselves.
• An enthusiastic, creative and reflective teacher, with high expectations for their pupils and themselves.
• The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community.
• An excellent understanding of adaptive teaching and learning to meet the learning needs of all individuals in a very small mixed class of KS 2 children (years 3-6).
• Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for pupils with the ability to challenge each pupil from their starting points.
