St Michael’s Junior School is a very special place. The school has come a long way in the past few years.  We now seek a Head of School to build on this momentum, lead with warmth and clarity, and inspire our community to continue transforming outcomes for all.

Are you an experienced senior leader who:

• Can build positive relationships with staff, children and the parent community
• Puts the safeguarding of children at the forefront of their thinking
• Understands the impact of poverty, trauma and ACEs on how pupils learn and behave
• Values partnership working with parents, carers and the local community.
• Is outward-facing and committed to collaboration across the trust and beyond.
