- Can build positive relationships with staff, children and the parent community
- Puts the safeguarding of children at the forefront of their thinking
- Understands the impact of poverty, trauma and ACEs on how pupils learn and behave
- Values partnership working with parents, carers and the local community.
- Is outward-facing and committed to collaboration across the trust and beyond.
