Court de Wyck Church School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide additional learning support within Key Stage 2.
This role is to strengthen support for pupils’ learning and progress and will involve working closely with class teachers, leaders and support staff to deliver targeted intervention and in-class support.
We are able to consider a range of working patterns, including full-time or flexible working arrangements, to suit the right candidate.
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience supporting learning in KS2
- Be skilled in working with individuals and small groups
- Have a strong understanding of inclusive practice and meeting diverse learning needs
- Be committed to supporting pupils to make strong progress academically and socially
- Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
