St Mary and St Peter's Church school is a unique small school with a superb staff who support
each other in everything. OFSTED recognised our school as “Good” in all areas in 2024/25. Our staff are a caring, close-knit team that supports each other all day, every day and this is reflected by how our children interact with each other. The school wishes to appoint a full-time enthusiastic Midday Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to work with a small team who are committed to supporting all children.
For this role you will work in the hall as part of the Lunchtime team as well as in the playground.
You will be expected to: -
• Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour
• Set up the hall and create a welcoming environment
• Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
• Support children during mealtimes and tidying up
• Deal with any minor first aid incidents (training will be provided)
• Set up and clear away tables and benches at the end of lunchtime and general cleaning
duties
